Nursing down under podcast competition 

Terms and conditions

The competition organiser is Alliance Nursing (a business name owned by Alliance Health Services Group Pty Ltd (ABN 19 100 736 294) (AHSG) and Heartbeat Nursing Agency Pty Ltd (ABN 49 084 686 760) (Heartbeat)).  

Competition period

The competition will run from 12:01am AEST on Friday 11 April 2025 until 11:59pm AEST on Friday 9 May 2025 (Competition Period).  

Eligibility to enter

This competition is open to individuals residing in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom who hold an active, valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), who, during the Competition Period, complete the Nursing Down Under Podcast Competition form, including correctly answering three questions within that form on or before the end of the Competition Period. Individuals employed by NSW Business Chamber Ltd (ABN 63 000 014 504) are not eligible to enter. (Eligible Participants). Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.   

Draw details 

 • Three winners will receive their choice of either Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, valued at $199 or Apple AirPods 4, valued at $219. The total potential prize pool is $657.

  • Eligible Participants will be entered into a random draw upon completing the form and opting in for a chance to win of the three above prizes. 

 • Three prize winners will be selected by random draw on 11 May 2025 at 12:00pm AEST at Level 7, 8 Chifley Square, Sydney, NSW 2000. Alliance Nursing will use randomdraws.com.au by TPAL to select the three winners.  

 • The prize cannot be rendered as payment for any other products or services offered by Alliance Nursing.  

• The prize is not transferrable.  

Announcing the winners  

• The 3 prize winners will be notified by Alliance Nursing representatives via email, phone, or SMS on 11 May 2025.   

• Each winner must respond to the call, email or SMS after being notified. Each winner must accept the prize within 1 week of being contacted after the drawn date. In the event a winner does not accept the prize, Alliance Nursing will select a new winner in line with the competition terms and conditions. This winner will also be contacted by Alliance Nursing via email. phone or SMS and must also respond within the allocated time frame. This process will continue until all three winners accept their prize.  

• There is no extra cost in claiming the prize.   

• Prizes will be sent to the winners via Registered Australia Post. 

Acceptance of terms

 • By completing the form, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these competition terms and any decision made by Alliance Nursing regarding this competition is final.  

• The prizes cannot be rendered as payment for any other products or services offered by Alliance Nursing.  

• The prizes are not transferrable and is not redeemable for cash.  

• Eligible Participants indemnify and hold Alliance Nursing and all related entities harmless for loss, damage, claims, fees, or injury arising from or connected to the competition.  

• Alliance Nursing will take all reasonable steps, within the law, to protect the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information.
